RP Universe Type: 28 Days Later Type Zombie Universe

Back story:
On June 19th, 2015, a nuclear fusion reactor in US, Pennsylvania, the Beaver Valley Power Station, went haywire and melted down. The resulting meltdown caused thousands of deaths in the surrounding community, including the city of Pittsburgh, as a mishap in staff trapped inside by the blast shield doors, the reactor melted down quicker, and killed thousands who were being evacuated by the National Guard and Red Cross, 100 thousand died, 20,000 more died later from radiation exposure. A virus mutated from one of the radiation stricken bodies at ground zero, the virus spread through Pittsburgh like wildfire, infecting thousands, the virus was not named, but the spreaders of the pathogen were called crazies by some but other just called them the infected. Guns had been outlawed, like that might of made a difference, but it may of lowered chaos, the civilians were unable to loot, or fire rounds at local law enforcement. That made the authorities jobs easier, but the goverment was in such confusion that to took 24 hours for the National Guard to respond, and by that time, everyone in the city was either hiding or infected. The National Guard set up quarantine but the virus moved swiftly. Helicopters and vehicles leaving infected zones carried infected group. The infected followed the noise of the engines for miles until reach town upon town, then city upon city. Then... the president came down with the illness. Third world countries fell like flies until there was nothing left... All... in 28 days...

Zombie Lore:

Living Or Dead?: The zombies are alive, they are people who are insane, and prone to attack, punch and maul people.
Top Speed: Due to their lack of feeling for sore body muscles, they reach a top speed of 10-14 miles an hour.
Infection: Through blood contact and saliva.
Infection Time: 20 seconds.
Reanimation Time: 20 seconds.
Origins: The virus is a kind of super rabies.
Sight: They are eagle eyed.
Smell: They're like bloodhounds.
